Our room was not only fashionable, but also spotless with a TV and hot chocolate, for instance. We enjoyed EXCELLENT food. It was in a very central setting very close to the shopping area which also has plenty of restaurants to choose from. The service was perfect as we had expected.

The staff at check-out were friendly and helpful, and you can enjoy a drink in the bar downstairs.

The staff here were so nice and accommodating, which really made my stay 💯. the location was great - right near the city center. It only took me 10 minutes to walk to the train station from here.

The hotel was very close to, and hence hady for the nearest public car park (the fact that the car park was expenive is hardly the fault of the hotel). Secondly, the centre of Canterbury is easily reachable on foot from the hotel. Thirdly, the location is very quiet. Finally, and most importantly, the staff put themselves out to please us.

Pleasant place, tasty food offered for continental breakfast. Exceptionally comfortable bed in classic double room with a work desk, multi-channel television and a sitting area. Had private bathroom and welcoming staff at check-out.

Fabulous and exceptionally clean place. Great view of the cathedral. - Fantastic and lovely location, just a couple of blocks away from Conquest House Gallery. - Incredibly large beds in the room. - Work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels available. - Simple decor. - Generally friendly service with parking next to the hotel. - Early check-in.

I chose the Millers Arms Inn for its location which is a very convenient walking distance from the centre of Canterbury and the actual building has lots of character. Very pleasant and friendly staff and we felt very welcome.
