Our room was not only fashionable, but also spotless with a TV and hot chocolate, for instance. We enjoyed EXCELLENT food. It was in a very central setting very close to the shopping area which also has plenty of restaurants to choose from. The service was perfect as we had expected.

The hotel was very close to, and hence hady for the nearest public car park (the fact that the car park was expenive is hardly the fault of the hotel). Secondly, the centre of Canterbury is easily reachable on foot from the hotel. Thirdly, the location is very quiet. Finally, and most importantly, the staff put themselves out to please us.
